RENAULT-FLINS PRODUCES 17 MILLIONTH VEHICLE
• The Pierre Lefaucheux plant at Flins-Aubergenville (Yvelines, Ile-de-France) produced its 17 millionth vehicle on July 13, 2010 at 11:30AM.
•The car produced was a Platinum Grey five-door New Renault Clio Dynamique 1.2 16V 75 eco2 for the Italian market.
Flins, founded in 1952, is Renault’s oldest French bodywork-assembly plant. The site has produced 18 models, from the Juva 4 to New Renault Clio, including some of the brand’s most emblematic models such as 4CV, the Renault 4, Renault 16, Renault 5 and first-generation Twingo.
