Citroen announces the opening of DS Inside Design Studio on www.dsinside.citroen.com. This new configurator isvery responsive and allows the user to shape, create and to collect versions of the concept car in its image.
With innovative and ludic ergonomics, the DS INSIDE configurator breaks all boundaries. At the heart is a 3D interface using Paper Vision technology, it invites you to choose between two styles « Paris» or « Ethnic» and to create on screen with an almost exact depiction of the actual DS INSIDE.
Thanks to the technology available and graphic handling, the interface gives way to the profit of the car and places DS INSIDE at the heart of the site : the « mouse click » navigation responds precisely to the user. You can shape the vehicle within its image, to make it truly personal and unique. From the colour of the roof to that of the body, over the rear view mirrors etc, several millions of configurations are possible.
To configure their vehicle, the user simply traces the features or outlines the shapes as required. They use a cross to cancel, a circle to paste, a V to validate, a C to change the angle of the camera : configuration has never been so user-friendly and so personalised, catering for all tastes, wishes and even the mood of the moment. The concept car becomes a marvel, a treasure that the user can evidently save, share and distribute.
